‘Security means the lack of threat’
This simple sentence shows us why it is so important to set up the Earth Defence Organisation (EDO). An organisation which takes the threat from space seriously.
Our knowledge about the things outside our planet and the Solar System is barely enough to say that we are safe now. If we want to reach our goal to ensure the survival of the human race we must do everything to prepare ourselves against the possible threats.
These threats are permanent but this is the time when we must realise that we are in danger. We should not avoid these threats any longer.
The EDO is set up for one purpose: to prepare the humanity to survive in every circumstances.
We plan this preparation in 3 levels:
- Estimate the threats; Improve the current results in this topic.
- Researches: - Support important researches.- Beginning own researches.

The EDO is currently at the beginning of the first level. To start the second and third levels we need to find supporters. We separated the first level into two big topics:
- Lifeless threats (solar flare, meteors, etc.)
- Extraterrestrial life forms:
- Non-intelligent (virus, bacteria, etc.)
- Intelligent
Considering the limited human and material resources we currently analyse the lifeless threats.
In the end we want to ask for your help! You can support us in many different ways:
- Activist: a person who would like to join EDO and is able to offer their spare time for us.
- Informant: a person who knows something important or has an idea.
- Supporter: a person or organisation who is able to provide financial support.
- Expert: a person who is familiar with the diversified activities of EDO and connects science disciplines.
- Propagator: a person who spreads word of our organisation and is capable of implementing technical solutions to create internet presence.
